Barely Buzzed

Barely Buzzed is a unique espresso and lavender hand-rubbed cheese with subtle notes of butterscotch and caramel.  Made from the pasteurized milk of Jersey cows; this is a full-bodied cheese with a smooth, creamy texture


Cremont, named for the “Cream of Vermont,” is a pasteurized, mixed-milk cheese combining local, fresh cow’s and goat’s milk and a hint of Vermont cream.  This cheese is a true celebration of Vermont Creamery’s terroir.  It is an American original, crafted in the bucolic Green Mountains of Vermont

Jasper Hill Harbison

Harbison is a soft-ripened cheese with a rustic, bloomy rind.  It’s made from pasteurized cow’s milk and is available all year long.  Harbison is woodsy and sweet, balanced with lemon, mustard, and vegetal flavors.  It comes with a unique package surrounded by bark. This bark not only adds to the flavor but it helps keep its shape


This semi-hard pasteurized sheep’s milk cheese from Sardinia has production which dates back to the 1700′. Traditionally of farmhouse production, techniques have changed little over the years.  Fiore Sardo is nutty, a bit sharp and has great depth of flavor

Smokey Blue

A long, gentle cold-smoking over shells from Oregon hazelnuts infuses Rogue Creamery’s Smokey Blue cheese with an added layer of rich flavor and terroir, from pasteurized cow’s milk.  Sweet cream flavors and caramel notes balance earthy flavors of smoke and hints of roasted nuts.  Sweet, nutty, savory flavors envelope the sweet, rich milk creating a crème brûlée with a hint of the toasted, sweet richness of a campfire.  The result is a cakey yet smooth blue cheese reminiscent of candied bacon
