a classic cocktail with a mexican influence perfect for a warm summer day.  a refreshing mixture of herradura blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, and izze grapefruit soda served tall with a salted rim


circa 1870, new york our manhattan starts with a classic recipe of four roses small batch bourbon, dolin vermouth, and bitters.  it is then aged in an oak barrel until we deem read.  the cocktail you will enjoy is one of the smoothest manhattans made.  garnished with brandied cherries

remember the maine

circa 1939 a cocktail that provides homage to the uss maine that sunk in the havana harbor 1898 when its ammunition inexplicably exploded.  the cocktail itself a complex blend of highwest double rye whiskey, cherry herring, dolin sweet vermouth, and kubler absinthe.  garnished with smoked amarena cherries
